I just want to mention that before any of this occurred, I by no means had any difficulty with meals, I’ve usually eaten whatever I wanted. Anyways, I did a 4 week course of the omeprazole and I ate lightly, slowly acquiring back into typical foods.

I completed the course two weeks ago and just after 6 days of becoming off of it, I felt the acid reflux return. I’m back on omeprazole now and I strategy on seeing my physician once more, I believe he is going to refer me to a gastroenterologist.

I’m eating just about completely typical again, but I feel indigestion frequently, particularly if I eat some thing heavy, a feeling of trapped gas, like I need to burp all the time, and I noticed that I get stomach upset if I eat fatty foods or meat also normally. I’ve by no means had acid reflux before this, and have never had any other healthcare challenges. I’ve been hunting into taking enzymes and I wonder if I would benefit from them, I want to get off the omeprazole and I want to be my standard self again. I suspected that the medication may well have messed up my gut flora, and have been taking probiotic supplements and possessing fermented foods. I have also been prescribed proton pump inhibitors, but they do not appear to be helping.

The nutrients are then transported across the small intestine and into the bloodstream, where they present energy for development and repair. Hi there, I am a 25 year old female suffering from acid reflux and indigestion/stomach aches. I had terrible diarrhea, extreme nausea and stomach aches that lasted all day.

It was definitely terrible and I had no power mainly because I couldn’t consume, taking two bites of rice or toast produced me really feel like I had just eaten 2 meals, I lost ten lbs, and was in discomfort all day. As the virus symptoms went away I began to really feel acid reflux, something I had never felt prior to. https://enzymes.bio/ had chest pain, a feeling that there was a lump in my throat, burning in my stomach, a cramping feeling around my ribs .
